Taverna 5450 in Fairfield

Good food, good service

It's the best food I've ever ate, and they even have kids meals!

We have been to many rural roadside taverns that did not live up to the reviews. This was not one of them. The service and food was awesome! We had the crispy haddock sandwich, wings, tiki torch burger that really exceeds expectations. The sirloin sandwich was only okay (hubby described it as griscily). All in all a great stop with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Food was good. Nice to sit out in the outdoor seating area. Rita did a great job.

The food and service were good. Went at a slow time but I'd certainly go again.

Food is good but they could use a little more help I the early afternoons. The bartender/server was very nice just seemed stretched to thin. Overall not a bad experience

Nice laid back bar/restaurant. Food is very good. Service is just as good. We passed by here many times, now we stop every time.

It's a local joint that my wife and I frequent due to how close it is. During ski season it can get busy with non-local visitors coming from the mountain, but usually not annoying. The staff are all really cool and know us by name. They have a good selection of craft beer as well as a few rotating taps, often with some noteworthy offerings! The food, while not as fancy as what you can get at the mountain resort, but in my opinion it's better and Taverna has more choices on their menu. Portions are generous and prices fair, just an overall great value. Check out their daily evening specials, we're usually there for $1 Tacos and $2 Margaritas!

Not many places offer outside dining but they do here which is nice. The staff is always great and the food is always excellent. One of my favorites.

Good location near Liberty Ski entrance. Spent a great Saturday afternoon with lunch outside on their ground level deck, wheelchairs no problem. This rating includes 5 people overall rating. Each of us ordered different items from menu and the food was well prepared and taste great. Everyone enjoyed there meals. Service was very good, drinks and food came quickly. At the time inside was busy and outside had 5 different tables working of which we where one. They can be busy late in day on weekends. 4 star bed. 5....outside is next to road, car traffic not bad but motorcycles (which I think sound great) can be loud. Overall enjoy the afternoon there.

Amazing experience!

Surprised. Went there for lunch and had a crab salad. Salad was very good. Service was good as well but a bit on the slow side. The bathroom needed some love.

Wing night on Monday is great - really good wings and $5 pitchers.

Great small place close to the skying resort.You can fell that a lot of locals attend the place for drinks and for random talks.Beer selection is good and food is good too.

Had reservation for 20 firefighters. Service was fast and friendly. Philly cheese steak was great. Ruben balls appetizer was awesome!

Nice little stop in Fairfield, PA very close to Liberty Ski Resort. We had a couple apps and drinks. Bacon wrapped shrimp were pretty tasty and the Nachos were great, but I wish they had the option of chips instead of fried flat bread. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy.

I only stopped in for a quick beverage. Hadn't been there in a couple of years. Was just passing through. The bar area where we wanted to sit was dirty. The bartender didn't offer to clean it up. I used the restroom, and it was dirty. I just was not impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

We had a large group of people. Each one of us was taken care of, served on time and treated very well. The food was great and the staff were a pleasure.

Our server was attentive and polite. Large selection of diverse food on the menu and a good selection of craft beer as well.

Food is ok but not as good as it use to be a couple of years ago. Service is horrible!!! Definitely no comparison of the days with Valeri and Skylar. That crew knew how to handle customers. Nick please take note. Thanks!

The food here is ok. I've heard others who love it so maybe it's just what we are ordering. Its not terrible, it's not great. Just so so, prices are reasonable. Doesn't make me want to run back right away after we eat it.

Great food and beers after skiing. Half the price of the Liberty lodge and more fun.
